We continuously work really hard at every stage of the supply chain in order to manufacture ASLEE product. We use natural dyeing processes to ensure the products remain eco-friendly, therefore certain unevenness in colour and texture only makes your product unique. Our team conducts multi-layers of quality checks but should you find any item to be defective in terms of stitching, colour, material, please have a look at our return policy -
- Costumer can exchange/return the ordered product within 5 days from the date which order has been received.
- All the returned items should be delivered back in unused condition with original tags attached.
- If you need to exchange the size, we’d be happy to help, but in case the size is currently not available then you will have to wait for the second run of the product. Or you can choose any other product of the same cost available at that time.
- In case of either size exchange or a defective product, please write to us at email@example.com with a subject: RETURN. Please note that any returns without prior email will not be accepted.
- Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your given account.
- International orders are eligible for returns but the complete cost has to covered by you.
- Please give us 7 days to process your request but please be sure we will treat you as part of the tribe.
